Chef On The Go offers several types of in-home classes and instruction. We can do special theme classes for parties, to instruction for folks who are really serious about learning the fundamentals of cooking. We offer classes for beginners covering Basics such as Roasting, Frying, Braising, and Sauteeing. To more intermediate classes covering Sauces, Stocks, Knife Skills, and Baking. We also offer classes for more advanced techniques like Chocolate Sculpting, Candy Maing, Sugar Art and Cocoa Painting.

We also offer special themes for Women's Groups, Childrens Cooking, or even teaching the 'Old Man' how to cook.

Classes start at $45 per person with a 6 person minimum and includes food and most supplies.
